COCOS is not an ion-exchange softener, but per the manufacturer's test it reduces limescale by about 80 % and removes up to 99 % of chlorine. If your water is very hard and you want no limescale anywhere in the flat, you need a separate softener.

We don't promise higher pressure — the feel of the stream depends on your installation and water pressure.

Cheap filters are usually just a cartridge in a plastic housing. COCOS is a complete shower head: a replaceable cartridge (KDF-55, activated carbon, vitamin C) hidden in the handle, an oval head with an even stream and two attachments. One body instead of three things in the bathroom, plus 14-day returns.

You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to try COCOS in your shower. If it's not for you — send it back and we'll refund you. The difference is usually noticeable after 1–2 weeks, but it's individual and we don't promise a medical effect.

Every 3 months — life confirmed by the manufacturer's test. Very hard water or heavy use may shorten it. There is no separate replacement indicator.
